Nathan Alfred is the owner and operator of KaiViTi Construction Ltd., bringing a background in civil engineering, years of hands-on construction experience, and a heart for mentorship through both trades and non-profit work. His mission is to redefine how people see construction by building not just quality structures, but also future leaders in the trades. With a focus on integrity, excellence, and relationships, Nathan is committed to creating a culture that values people, craftsmanship, and community.

LEAD FOREMAN (Commercial Division)

Tanner Osberg is a seasoned Red Seal Carpenter with 25 years of experience leading residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. He is recognized for his ability to manage crews, enforce safety standards, and deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget. With strong leadership in training apprentices, coordinating labour and equipment, and maintaining vendor and client relationships, Tanner consistently builds trust and long-term partnerships. Beyond his professional expertise, Tanner is deeply grounded in family life, finding his greatest motivation in his wife and daughter, who inspire his commitment to safety & craftsmanship both on and off the job site

LEAD FOREMAN (Residential Division)

Lloyd Enns is entering his 25th year in the carpentry industry, bringing decades of hands-on experience and craftsmanship to every project. Over the years, he has completed a wide range of builds, with a particular passion and expertise in timber frame homes. Lloyd’s dedication to quality and detail has earned him a strong reputation for creating structures that are both durable and timeless.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

With over 20 years of combined experience in carpentry, management, and project leadership, Ben brings a strong background in both the trades and organizational management to KaiViTi Construction. Originally from British Columbia, Ben spent 10 years honing hands-on carpentry and leadership skills before moving into management within the not-for-profit sector, where he gained extensive experience leading teams and overseeing complex projects. Now as part of the KaiViTi management team, Ben is excited to bring this blend of practical trade knowledge and leadership expertise to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys playing music, spending time outdoors, and being with his wife and three children.
